This year, TWST4Girls is proud to launch our biggest HBCU College & History Tour yet—a transformative journey that combines higher education exploration, cultural heritage, and sisterhood. Over five days, our young women will travel across three states, visiting some of the nation’s most storied Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), along with landmark historical and cultural sites.

Bethune-Cookman University (Daytona Beach, FL)

Session 1 (Parents) breaks down what ADHD is—especially how it can look in Black girls—while tackling stigma, navigating testing and supports, and building home routines that work.

TWST4Girls x The Woods Project: Summer Leadership Camping Experience

TWST4Girls is proud to partner with The Woods Project to offer a transformative two-week summer leadership camping experience exclusively for high school girls (9th–12th grade). This immersive program takes place in the breathtaking wilderness of Olympic National Park and is designed to build leadership skills, confidence, and a deeper connection to nature.

Through this partnership, TWST4Girls participants receive access to this summer program which includes:

  • ✈️ Round-trip airfare

  • ⛺️ All accommodations and gear

  • 🥾 Outdoor skills and survival training

  • 🧭 Two weeks of hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, and camping

  • 🌲 Environmental education and forest ecology lessons

  • 🗣 Daily leadership development and team-building activities

Participants will gain invaluable experience in wilderness settings, develop relationships with mentors and peers, and grow their ability to lead, adapt, and thrive in unfamiliar environments. Past participants have left the program with a greater sense of independence, resilience, and a new perspective on their place in the world.
