It Starts with Me was created to cultivate a space that promotes positive self-esteem. This 10-week program will focus on positive reinforcements to help combat the various hinderances that can tend to negatively impact one’s esteem. The modules provided will foster opportunities that help the young ladies understand their value, and build upon whole, healthy, and positive esteems. “It starts with me”, means just that. You carry you with you wherever you go, meaning your mindset, what you focus on, value, and your means of setting standards carries over into everything you do (school, work, etc.).
